Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Create compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and detailed reports Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPIs Track conversions and implement Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics as needed Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams (if applicable) Note: Must have knowledge in health care industry Qualifications Strong skills in Google Ads / PPC Excellent Communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
