Job Summary

UBT Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and results-focused with hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & audience targeting.
• Improve campaign performance (CTR, conversions, ROAS).
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
• Monitor campaign budgets and maintain cost control.
• Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with content, design & SEO teams for better results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, Quality Score & ROAS.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager & conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
