Google Ads Executive

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Google Ads Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting performance across Google Ads channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Google Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and create effective ad groups.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Track conversions and manage Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics setup (basic).
• Maintain campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design/content teams for creative assets.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies, best practices, and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding methods, and ad formats.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with landing page optimization tools (Elementor, Unbounce, etc.).
• Knowledge of other ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage.
