Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Management

  • Plan, set up, and manage

    Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max

    campaigns.
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    and competitor analysis to optimize bidding strategies.
  • Create

    A/B testing strategies

    for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
  • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve

    maximum ROI

    .

2. Social Media Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute

    paid advertising campaigns

    on platforms such as

    Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube

    .
  • Plan engaging strategies to

    increase reach, engagement, and conversions

    .
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce

    high-performing creatives

    .
  • Track performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as

    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

    .
  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite

    for in-depth campaign tracking.
  • Prepare

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    and suggest strategies for improvement.

4. Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the

    creative, e-commerce, and sales teams

    to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Develop growth strategies for scaling

    e-commerce sales and lead generation

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

    in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience

    in managing Google Ads and social media campaigns (Fashion/Footwear Industry).
  • Strong understanding of

    PPC advertising, bidding models, and audience targeting

    .
  • Expertise in tools like:
    • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms

  • Solid knowledge of

    SEO fundamentals

    and

    landing page optimization

    .
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and

    ROI-driven decision-making

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, analytical, and project management

    skills.
