Your role involves resolving Service NAB tickets for all recruiting-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. You will ensure that all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering, transforming, mapping, and cleansing employee/config data, as well as monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB to ensure data accuracy and provide post-load validation and support.
