Key Responsibilities 1. Google Ads Management Plan, set up, and manage Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize bidding strategies. Create A/B testing strategies for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives. Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI . 2. Social Media Campaign Management Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Plan engaging strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions . Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-performing creatives . Track performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. 3. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates . Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite for in-depth campaign tracking. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement. 4. Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with the creative, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. Develop growth strategies for scaling e-commerce sales and lead generation . Preferred candidate profile Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and social media campaigns (Fashion/Footwear Industry). Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding models, and audience targeting . Expertise in tools like: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization . Proficiency in data interpretation and ROI-driven decision-making . Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Role & responsibilities
