About Us:

Universal PSR Compliance LLP is expanding its digital reach and looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you’re passionate about creating high-performing campaigns that drive ROI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

· Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization.

· Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

· Implement remarketing & conversion tracking strategies.

· Work with creative and SEO teams for ad copies, landing pages, and campaign alignment.

· Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or other paid platforms will be a plus.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Google & Meta Ads certifications preferred).

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing / PPC.

· Strong expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager.

· Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

· Understanding of A/B testing, ad creatives, and funnel optimization.
