We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with PPC (pay-per-click) marketing, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing paid search strategies to help our business grow online visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns for search, display, YouTube, and shopping ads.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize keywords and ad placements.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with changes in Google Ads policies, features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with other paid platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu.
