Tech Mahindra BPS is conducting MASS HIRING for Linguistic Customer Support Executives in an Inbound Voice Process.
This is a golden career opportunity for linguistic candidates, freshers, and experienced professionals to work with a reputed MNC.
Handle inbound calls from customers professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
Maintain proper call documentation and system updates
(This is a non-sales, inbound voice process)
Qualification: Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (voice process) preferred
Linguistic Skills: Good command over required language(s) along with English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)
Working Days: 5 days working
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Salary Range: 17,900 26,800 per month
Salary depends on linguistic skill, experience, and interview performance
Stable job with an MNC work environment
