Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers & value on a daily basis.
  • Area mapping of the assigned area for identifying the potential of the area.
  • Activity based lead creation for acquisition of NTB customers.
  • Log daily leads in the lead management system.
  • Meet minimum 10 new customers daily and record DSR (Daily Sales Report) both digitally & physically.
  • Smooth onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring appropriate coordination with branch staff.
  • Properly educate customers about scheme details / interest servicing / renewals.
  • Maintain dairy & always keep your appointed time & dates promptly.
  • Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system/process changes required, to respective verticals.
