Job Description

1. Sales & Business DevelopmentSource and generate gold loan business through walk-ins, referrals, and field activities. Achieve monthly gold loan disbursement and growth targets. Promote gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers. Cross-sell other financial products wherever applicable. 2. Customer Handling & Relationship ManagementGreet and guide customers throughout the gold loan process. Explain loan terms, interest rates, valuation process, and foreclosure options clearly. Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. 3. Gold Valuation & Loan ProcessingPerform gold appraisal/valuation as per company standards (training provided if required). Calculate eligible loan amounts based on purity and weight. Ensure accurate data entry and file processing. Coordinate with operations team for timely loan disbursement. 4. Documentation & ComplianceCollect and verify KYC documents as per RBI / NBFC norms. Ensure proper tagging, storage, and safety of pledged gold. Follow SOPs strictly for audit and compliance purposes. 5. Recovery & Follow-upsFollow up with customers for interest payments and loan renewals. Support renewal, closure, and auction-related activities if required. Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
