30 DaysWe are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Golang applications and microservices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Implement security and data protection measures across applications.
Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring long-term maintainability.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and design efficient data models.
Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Golang and understanding of its ecosystem.
Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and data modeling.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of software design patterns, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to high-load distributed systems.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and profiling tools.
