About the Role

Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Golang
.
Build and optimize
RESTful APIs
and/or
gRPC services
.
Work with microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Implement efficient and secure coding practices following industry best standards.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for high-availability systems.
Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and external services.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Stay updated with emerging trends in
Go ecosystem
and backend engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years
of professional experience in backend development, with at least
5+ years in Golang
.
Strong understanding of Go’s concurrency (goroutines, channels) and memory management.
Hands-on experience with
microservices, REST/gRPC APIs
, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in working with
databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Good knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
