Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide wound care and management for patients. Coordinate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Support patients with daily activities and personal hygiene. Participate in professional development activities to enhance nursing skills. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the nursing unit. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while providing patient care. Perform IV therapy and other specialized care procedures as required. Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and staff to provide excellent care. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent. Registered Nurse (GNM) certification mandatory. Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of nursing practices and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Dedication to delivering quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to continued education and skill enhancement. Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
