Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end analytics projects

  across industries, focusing on

  custom analytics solutions

  .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into

  data models, algorithms, and analytical frameworks

  .
• Design and implement

  data-driven strategies

  that drive operational excellence, customer engagement, and financial performance.
• Manage a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver

  high-quality, scalable solutions

  .
• Drive

  data exploration, modeling, and predictive analytics

  using modern tools and technologies.
• Present insights and recommendations to

  CXO-level stakeholders

  through clear storytelling and visualization.
• Support

  pre-sales and business development activities

  , including proposals, RFPs, and client pitches.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in

  AI/ML, big data platforms, and cloud analytics

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 8- 14years of experience in

  analytics/consulting roles

  , with at least 34 years in a

  managerial capacity

  .
• Proven expertise in

  statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Python, R, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Knowledge of

  data visualization tools

  (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
• Experience in

  leading analytics teams

  and managing client engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate

  complex data findings into actionable business strategies
