o 10 –12 years in analytics, AI/ML, or talent intelligence—ideally from consulting or advanced internal analytics leadership roles. o Strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, agentic AI). o Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery, including business development, GTM strategy, and stakeholder communication. o Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics and AI teams. o Excellent at translating analytics into strategic business outcomes and executive storytelling. Preferred o Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) in Data Science, Analytics, Organizational Development, or related domains. o Experience within consulting firms or leading GTM-driven analytics practices. o A thought-leader mindset with contributions to frameworks, internal tools, or innovation programs in GenA
