Job Description

Job Overview:

MarTech Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand marketing objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
Implement and configure
MarTech platforms
(e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Design and optimize customer journeys, campaign automation, lead scoring, and personalization strategies.
Collaborate with data, analytics, and CX teams to enable
360 customer view and omni-channel engagement
.
Integrate MarTech solutions with CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.
Conduct assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to the clients marketing technology stack.
Stay updated with emerging MarTech tools, trends, and best practices.
Support business development by preparing proposals, demos, and client presentations.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
