About The Role
Job
Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Consultant (L6 level) with a strong track record in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, including both
bluefield and brownfield approaches. The ideal candidate will be
bilingual in Japanese and English, capable of leading client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design in a Japanese business environment.
This role requires a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, including hands-on involvement from planning through to successful implementation. The consultant will play a key role in driving client engagements, especially in the Japan market, and ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP implementation projects (bluefield and brownfield) from planning to execution

Engage directly with Japanese-speaking clients to gather requirements and provide solutions

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution and go-live

Support project governance, timeline management, and stakeholder communication

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

Must-Have
Skills:

10+ years of experience in SAP implementations (end-to-end)

Expertise in
bluefield and brownfield migration strategies

Fluency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written)

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments

Qualification
Good-to-Have
Skills:

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules

Experience working with Japanese automotive or manufacturing clients

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMP)
