Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Consultant to join our team at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail consulting and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retail strategies that drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and customers.
Provide expert advice on retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and store setup.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail projects.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of retail principles, including inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with retail software and systems is an asset.
