Job Description

Lead the
planning, design review, and capacity assessment
of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Evaluate
STP capacity, load forecasting, hydraulic design, equipment sizing
, and treated water reuse planning during project planning stages.
Review and approve
STP layouts, process flow diagrams (PFD), P&ID, BOQs, shop drawings, and vendor technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with
NMCG, MoEF, CPCB/PCB, BIS standards
, and other environmental norms during the planning stage.
Coordinate with the
project execution team, consultants, architects, and environmental engineers
for design alignment and project feasibility.
Finalize
technology selection
such as MBBR, SBR, MBR, FMR, ASP, etc., based on project requirements and cost-efficiency.
Plan for
treated water reuse
, irrigation lines, flushing systems, and integration with WTP or storage systems.
Analyze and forecast
chemical consumption, sludge generation, energy usage, and operational cost
at the planning stage.
Evaluate and recommend
vendors, OEMs, equipment specifications, and AMC models
for long-term sustainability.
Prepare
project budgets, cost estimates, technical comparisons
, and techno-commercial evaluations for STP systems.
Ensure complete integration of STP planning with
civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP
components.
Conduct site visits to validate planning parameters and ensure adherence during execution.
Prepare
MIS reports, planning dashboards, technical presentations
, and submit reports to senior leadership.
