Job Description

Role & responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Chinese electronics industry. • Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in China. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, ODMs, and distributors. • Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms with customers. • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to achieve business objectives. • Key responsibilities • Work with Chinese companies where Org has signed agreement and support product transfer, new development, Supply chain of RM from China. Explore new Chinese companies of related business and evaluate nee avenues • Visit key Chinese suppliers for smooth development supply chain • Existing network of contacts in the Chinese electronics industry and share monthly on the Electronic Industry trends pertaining to key areas like DC contactors, relays, fuses, etc. • Experience with international business development. Essential Functional Requirement • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with China and India region • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
