Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GM Operation and Sales at ECHT VENTURES, located in Raipur. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, and ensuring efficient customer service. The GM Operation and Sales will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. Additional duties include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
