As a General Manager (GM) for facade project operations, your role will involve overseeing the full lifecycle of facade projects, from design to installation. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the full lifecycle of facade projects, including design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site installation. - Leading cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Driving project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to align with business objectives. - Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards throughout the project. - Optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce delays, rework, and costs. - Monitoring project financials and profitability, preparing regular reports for senior leadership. - Supporting business development efforts by contributing to tendering and securing new facade contracts. - Implementing process improvements and utilizing digital project management tools such as BIM and ERP.
