We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager – Projects to lead, oversee, and ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects from initiation to completion. The role demands a visionary leader with exceptional technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

As GM – Projects, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution across all stages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and clients while ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies. The role requires strong leadership in project management, risk assessment, resource optimization, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in line with company objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Implement effective project management systems, monitoring tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or overruns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates and project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
