JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire plant operations from raw material procurement to product dispatch.
• Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes for smooth operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity goals.
• Handle manpower planning, allocation, and management to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across the plant.
• Manage cost controls and budgets to meet financial targets.
• Optimize logistics and dispatch processes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant operations.
• Mandatory experience in Waterjet, Airjet, or Looms manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in managing production, supply chain, and team coordination.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of waterjet product manufacturing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
