Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GM - Contracts at Gawar Construction Limited located in Mumbai. The GM - Contracts will be responsible for tender management, operations management, contract management, budgeting, and procurement on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Tender Management and Procurement skills
• Operations Management and Contract Management expertise
• Budgeting experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is preferred
