Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a GM - Contracts at Gawar Construction Limited located in Mumbai. The GM - Contracts will be responsible for tender management, operations management, contract management, budgeting, and procurement on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Tender Management and Procurement skills Operations Management and Contract Management expertise Budgeting experience Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is preferred
