Global Visa Consultant- B2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Global Visa Consultant to assist individual clients in obtaining visas for travel, study, work, or relocation abroad. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance, manage end-to-end visa application processes, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult directly with individual clients to understand their visa needs and travel plans.
• Provide clear and accurate information about visa types, eligibility criteria, required documents, fees, and processing times for various countries.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications with complete and correct documentation.
• Keep clients informed throughout the visa process, managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on changing immigration laws, visa policies, and travel restrictions globally.
• Prepare clients for visa interviews by coaching them on possible questions and procedures.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage client records confidentially and maintain high data security standards.
• Collaborate with travel agencies and immigration authorities as needed to facilitate visa approvals.
• Resolve any application issues or delays by liaising with relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in visa consultancy, travel services, or customer-facing immigration advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of visa processes for major destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
