Global Visa Consultant- B2C

As a Global Visa Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting individual clients with their visa needs for travel, study, work, or relocation abroad. Your main responsibilities will include: - Consulting directly with clients to understand their visa requirements and travel plans. - Providing clear and accurate information on visa types, eligibility criteria, required documents, fees, and processing times for various countries. - Assisting clients in preparing and submitting visa applications with complete and correct documentation. - Keeping clients informed throughout the visa process and managing expectations effectively. - Staying updated on global immigration laws, visa policies, and travel restrictions. - Coaching clients for visa interviews and preparing them for possible questions. - Building strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Maintaining high standards of data security and confidentiality in managing client records. - Collaborating with travel agencies and immigration authorities to ensure smooth visa approvals. - Resolving any issues or delays in visa applications by liaising with relevant authorities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in visa consultancy, travel services, or customer-facing immigration advisory roles. - In-depth knowledge of visa processes for major destinations such as USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, etc. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
