Role & responsibilities

Global Time and Absence Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration and maintenance of global time and absence policies within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • E

    nsure alignment of time and absence data with Oracle Finance Systems to support accurate payroll, project costing, and financial reporting.

  • Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to implement and improve time and absence tracking solutions.
  • S

    erve as subject matter expert for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and their interfaces with Oracle Finance modules.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration errors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for time and absence processes.
  • Support compliance with global labour laws and regulations regarding time tracking and leave management.
  • Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and enhancement projects as needed.
  • Provide training and support to employees on time and absence functionality.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports related to time usage, leave trends, and compliance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Time and Absence Management, preferably in a global or multi-country environment.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.

Experience working on system configuration, implementation, and support.

  • Knowledge of global compliance requirements related to timekeeping and leave.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Knowledge of global compliance requirements related to timekeeping and leave.
