Global Talent Partner

You will be responsible for managing BU specific learning initiatives for a certain region, including country-specific, local law-driven programs, compliance, statutory, and regulatory learning requirements. Your role will involve facilitating and program managing learning initiatives as appropriate. Additionally, you will support other Talent initiatives such as Colleague Engagement, D&B, and Change Management for the region. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role to ensure consistency. You will partner with HR business partners to assess learning needs for the Business Unit / Shared Services and create and execute learning plans accordingly. Utilizing tools, processes, data, analytics, and dashboards to report on and support Learning and Development practices will be part of your responsibilities. As a trusted advisor for all learning, development, and capability building matters, you will work closely with the Business Unit / Shared Services learning leader to deploy learning solutions. In addition, you will contribute to cross-functional projects, Global L&D programs, content curation, instructional design, and vendor partner management as required. An important aspect of your role will be to identify innovative and engaging methods to learn and develop talent while remaining cost-effective. Your contribution in this area will play a significant role in the overall capability building within the organization.,
