Job Description

As a Global SOPS Contract Specialist within Salesforce Finance and the Revenue Operations Team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch internal support and guidance to Account Executives in our Global SMB businesses. Your responsibilities will include addressing deal structure queries, offering quote and contract support, conducting ACV calculations, providing account/customer org support, and ensuring quotes adhere to revenue and company policies. To excel in this role, you must possess a collaborative mindset, self-motivation, keen attention to detail, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Your Impact: - Offer exceptional internal support and guidance to Account Executives, handling deal structure inquiries, order processing, compliance checks, and pre-quote conversion support. - Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Recognition, and Legal teams to address contract issues, provide negotiation suggestions, and ensure proper revenue recognition. - Create and adjust quotes as needed, ensuring full compliance with company policies and SOX regulations. - Provide training to Sales team members, especially less experienced AEs, and promote cross-training initiatives within the team. - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing systems, processes, and procedures. - Develop and update internal departmental policies and actively participate in projects involving technical and financial concepts. Required Skills/Experience: - Possess at least 2.5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Order to Cash, or any Sales support role. - Demonstrate strong research and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal abilities, with clear verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to engage in constructive debates. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate results while adhering to deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances. - Ability to grasp broader business and financial issues, manage multiple projects efficiently, and work effectively in time-sensitive situations. - Meticulous attention to detail and the capability to clearly communicate resolutions and actions to Account Executives. - Excel in a team setting, with the ability to work independently when required. - Salesforce experience is advantageous. - Hold a degree or possess equivalent relevant experience, with evaluation based on core competencies such as extracurricular leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, and professional experience.,
