Job Description

Job Summary:

Global Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supplier innovation.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across regions, ensuring alignment with company standards, compliance, and sustainability goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with global suppliers to optimize cost and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, legal).
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Analyze market trends, risks, and supply chain disruptions to proactively mitigate potential issues.
Drive initiatives for supplier diversity, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.
Lead sourcing projects, RFQs/RFPs, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
Collaborate with regional sourcing teams to ensure global alignment and local execution.
