Sourcing and Procurment Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deep dive into the demand of region/category to understand the type of consumer and their product requirements.
Understand the competition product & pricing to further negotiate with new or existing suppliers/vendors
Onboard vendors after preliminary & thorough checks with quality services & competitive pricing.
Contract pricing with the vendors/suppliers
Building market-fit products after compilation of the services
Maintain relationships/ liaisoning with the vendors/suppliers for quality process
Keep timely checks on competition products & pricing to stay updated an

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or masters degree or relevant work experience
Excellent understanding and knowledge of Procurement
3-5 years of relevant experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge of vendor onboarding and partnership
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
