Global S&OP Integration Lead

As the Global S&OP Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading executive reporting by presenting S&OP updates, key insights, risks, and strategic recommendations to the Global Supply Chain team. Your role will involve ensuring organization-wide visibility of decisions and providing guidance on long-term S&OP and supply chain strategies. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior S&OP role, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with experience in leading cross-functional teams. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response S&OP process orchestration and sophisticated Excel and data visualization skills are required. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE is desirable. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are a must, as you will be expected to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with a focus on continuous improvement. Holding certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or similar would be beneficial for this position. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring the effective and robust running of the PU and global S&OP processes, developing, implementing, and refining S&OP strategies, and driving continuous improvement in S&OP processes, tools, and systems. You will also be responsible for executive reporting and communication, proactively managing risks, leading root cause analysis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training and developing regional S&OP teams, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
