The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines across geographies, and partnering with stakeholders to fulfill global talent needs.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for global roles across IT & Non-IT functions.Source candidates using diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social media.Manage vendor empanelment and recruitment agency coordination for global hiring.Work on STEM hiring (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) for international clients.Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews to ensure the best talent fit.Maintain an updated candidate database and track recruitment metrics.Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver on hiring needs within agreed timelines.Stay updated with global recruitment trends and best practices.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in global recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for international markets (US, UK, EMEA, APAC preferred).Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring with proven track record of closing niche roles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools will be an added advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to ₹6 LPA.Opportunity to work with global clients and diverse teams.Career growth in international talent acquisition.Supportive and collaborative work culture.
