Are you passionate about sustainability and interested in contributing to the digital transformation of energy management If so, we are looking for a dedicated Global Product/Offer Manager to join our Digital Buildings team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in our market-leading Building Management Solution. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking on global responsibility for the hardware and software components of Building Management Systems. - Collaborating with various markets to understand market requirements and translating them into business requirements and customer values. - Defining user requirements related to HVAC, lighting, wireless and wired communication to support customers in winning projects and achieving profitability. - Working with R&D development teams, procurement, and financial teams using both agile and waterfall project methodologies. - Engaging in global travel that will have a significant impact on our operations. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have: - 3+ years of experience as a Product/Offer Manager in a BMS environment with a focus on HVAC, hardware, software, or building control systems. - Experience in launching products that interface with building management systems. - Familiarity with global business roles and effective communication. - Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting control, IoT connectivity, or cloud integration would be advantageous. - Understanding of Edge device infrastructure and deployment would be a plus. - A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a technical discipline is preferred, although experience will be a key focus.
