Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closure. The Sales Executive will identify potential clients, understand their relocation needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain excellent customer service. The role requires regular interaction with individuals, families, and organizations to promote Universal Relocations’ services and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience with lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering high-quality service
• Knowledge of international and domestic relocation processes, including customs and logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Experience in the logistics, relocation, or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
