Global Mobility Associate

You will be responsible for managing various aspects related to Immigration matters (US/UK), business travel arrangements, and employee movement. Your key duties will include identifying cost-effective travel options, making reservations for accommodations, overseeing International Business visa applications, and drafting invitation and business support letters for Visa and travel purposes. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for business client travel arrangements, hotel reservations, visa/invitation letters, and other logistics aspects. You will lead and guide the team in handling mobility requests, establish business contacts with hotels and airline partners, research and compare travel and hotel rates, advise travelers on flight options, and assist with travel bookings. You will also ensure safe and efficient travel operations, coordinate with travel agents for ticketing management, arrange hotel bookings, travel insurance, and airport transfers, and monitor flight delays or cancellations. Furthermore, you will liaise with vendors for forex arrangements, maintain employee records, assist with Visa application forms, support in ad-hoc duties and projects, and prepare periodic reports. Proficiency in presentation, Excel, and Word preparation, as well as experience with PMO or Business development roles, will be advantageous.
