Global Master Data Steward

Role Overview: As a Master Data Specialist at Carestream Health, you will be responsible for managing the Material, Customer, and Vendor master data domains. Your primary role will involve completing and processing business master data entry requests, ensuring data changes are submitted and approved correctly, and providing backup operational support when necessary. You will also be responsible for incident management, providing master data reports, ensuring adherence to data management policies, and leading process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Material, Customer, and Vendor master data domains - Complete and process business master data entry requests - Provide backup operational support when required - Manage master data incident management and act as the primary level of escalation - Provide master data reports to business resources - Ensure adherence to company data management policies and standards - Lead master data operations to achieve request cycle time and data quality goals - Maintain strong liaison with global Master Data Teams and IT-Master Data Team - Recommend and lead process improvement opportunities - Communicate data standards and promote quality data management practices - Act as an escalation point for unresolved issues and queries - Manage data collection tools and run necessary SAP reports - Audit price overrides in orders entered in SAP - Send notifications about price changes to internal customers Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field - Excellent verbal and written English skills - 3+ years of SAP knowledge and experience in database management - Strong data entry skills and experience with maintaining business data - Prior experience with business operations related to product line management, procurement, pricing, account/record provisioning - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills - Effective communicator in both oral and written presentations - Client-focused with the ability to work in a multi-cultural and virtual environment - Self-motivated with solid analytical and data interpretation skills - Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player - Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvement projects across business processes Please Note: The job description does not provide any additional details about the company's work environment or physical requirements.,
