Job Description

As an International B2B Marketing Specialist focusing on email and lead generation for accounting services, your role is crucial in driving brand growth through strategic outreach efforts across various global markets. Responsibilities: - Design and execute international B2B marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for accounting services. - Research and identify high-potential markets and segments globally, tailoring marketing efforts to meet their specific needs and behaviors. - Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences utilizing platforms like HubSpot. - Develop region-specific content (emails, landing pages, digital brochures) that effectively communicates the unique value of our accounting solutions. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead qualification and nurturing goals. - Analyze marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide reports on campaign performance. - Maintain and expand a segmented international contact database within a CRM system. - Conduct competitor and market research to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated. - Utilize light outbound methods (email and occasional strategic calls) for engagement and marketing research purposes, avoiding cold sales tactics. Requirements: - Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly within professional services like accounting, consulting, or finance. - Strong grasp of global markets and a track record of tailoring marketing strategies for international audiences. - Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking. - Exceptional written communication skills, especially in crafting persuasive and professional marketing content. - Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Self-starter with a creative mindset and meticulous attention to detail. - Experience in managing marketing calendars, planning campaigns, and collaborating across different functions. - Comfortable with light outreach communication to drive engagement and lead nurturing. Nice to Have: - Prior experience in the accounting or financial services sector. - Knowledge of international compliance, regulations, or tax/accounting practices. - Proficiency in multiple languages or exposure to multilingual marketing campaigns.
