Job Description

You are a seasoned Marketing Manager who will be joining the GCI India team to contribute to the growth of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure the successful implementation, execution, and management of various marketing efforts. To excel in this role, you need to be a proficient leader with a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong determination to succeed. Your expertise in planning, implementing, and tracking Digital Marketing campaigns will be crucial. Additionally, you will be required to maintain regular communication with our USA and Canada teams, hence strong oral and written English skills are essential. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic marketing programs to enhance our brand, optimizing website performance to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings, identifying competitors and target audiences to enhance in-person and online marketing efforts, preparing and distributing press releases, creating and managing a comprehensive market database, conducting market research to evaluate our current position and identify areas for improvement, and developing sales support tools including technical presentations and animations. To qualify for this position, you should have a BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, or a related field. A background in Engineering or Marketing at the undergraduate level would be beneficial. You must possess at least 5 years of experience in various Marketing roles, with prior exposure to the concrete pipe and iron casting industry being advantageous. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO data analysis, website creation, graphic design, and web page layout optimization is required. You should also be familiar with basic marketing research tools and techniques, possess a mix of creative and analytical skills, and be able to translate strategies into detailed plans. Moreover, you should have a strong understanding of technology, be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have experience with web browsers. Knowledge of Voice Of Customer methods, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut Pro Vision/Audio Editing Software, and strong technical and computer skills are desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with a proactive and action-oriented approach, are essential for success in this role.,
