Role & responsibilities Sales Manager shall manage the given region and provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory in accordance with sound business principles and specific sales & marketing policies. Also, to secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budgets as specified in the profit plan and accomplish other sales & marketing objectives. Secure sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget. Spec-in Belden solution through active engagement with SI, OEM, End Users and Consultants. Provide quote and application solutions to potential customers with timely and high-quality service. Build, manage and grow sales funnel with a good win ratio and develop monthly sales forecasts. Initiate a weekly plan for specified applications, industries & territories. Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India. Drive new initiatives and create successful breakthroughs by leveraging Belden solution capabilities. Preferred candidate profile Education Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in related technical sales. Markets – Good understanding of the eco-system of industrial markets such as Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Automation, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy Power Utility (Generation and PTND) and Material Handling. In-depth knowledge of Belden Connectivity Solution i.e., Active and Passive Network such as Ethernet Switches/ Routers/ Firewalls/NMS/IT&OT Cyber Security/MPLS-TP/Structure Cabling/Fiber cables/Industrial Communication Cable etc. specifying to earlier mentioned segment End Users and Consultants and selling to System Integrators. Skills – Industrial Automation, Digitization, Industry 4.0, OT Networking, Microsoft Office, Customer Presentation, Verbal & Written communication
