Mission of the Role:

To aggressively scale our AI products globally. You will be the driving force behind marketing our flagship video interview platform, Captivue.ai, and our productive AI support tool, HelpOnTips. Your mission is to generate leads, build our brand internationally, and create a powerful narrative for investment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aggressive Global Marketing & Events:

  • Dominate Social Media: Create and execute bold, viral social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms to build a global audience.
  • Conquer Global Events: Identify, plan, and lead our presence at key international tech and industry conferences. You will be the face of our brand on the ground.
  • Launch Digital Campaigns: Run targeted, high-impact digital ad campaigns to generate a consistent pipeline of global leads.

2. Product Evangelism & Lead Generation:

  • Create compelling content that showcases Captivue.ai's proven efficiency gains and HelpOnTips' automation capabilities.
  • Transform our success with large clients into powerful case studies, testimonials, and sales decks.
  • Develop a content engine (blogs, webinars, videos) that establishes us as a thought leader in AI.

3. Investment & Growth Support:

  • Help prepare all materials for investor meetings, showcasing our market traction and global growth potential.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications & Experience:

We Aggressively Seek Candidates With:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a tech-adjacent role. Exceptional freshers with a portfolio of marketing hustle will be considered.
  • Impeccable, persuasive English – in writing, presenting, and social media. This is non-negotiable.
  • A portfolio of work that proves your marketing mindset (e.g., a successful social media account, a blog, a university campaign you led).
  • A passion for AI and a deep curiosity about its business applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to represent the company.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience in event planning or management.
  • A network in the tech or startup ecosystem
