Global Management Trainee (Finance)

As a Global Management Trainee (Finance) at ETG, you will be part of the Future Leaders Program (FLP) / Management Trainee Program (MTP), a 6-month immersion program aimed at young and ambitious graduates like you. Throughout the program, you will rotate through various departments and countries, under the guidance of senior finance leaders. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager (M4) positions within any of ETG's global offices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gain experience and knowledge in assigned business areas for future managerial roles. - Assist in day-to-day operations across different departments. - Develop project documents, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Provide learning and performance reports to mentors. - Prepare and deliver presentations during monthly and quarterly reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or any other recognized international Chartered Accountancy institutes with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your finance skills and gain exposure to various departments and countries. You will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, developing project documents and reports, and providing learning reports to mentors. Additionally, you will need to have a Chartered Accountant qualification and at least 2 years of experience to be eligible for this position.
