Global Immigration Engagement Management Associate Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities:
- Work on global co-ordination activities Initiations, Mailbox Management, Reports to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Work on client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks- Work on weekly and monthly client reports for data accuracy and completeness- Follow up with member firms in a timely manner to ensure adherence to agreed SLA- Performing data cleansing exercises in Immigration tools- Accurately capture data in internal trackers - Take forward client requests and connect with assistant manager in your team in order to retrieve the information required and take necessary actions- Ensure up-to-date records of applicants' status and information in the immigration tracking system- Recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client or the firm to Assistant Manager or Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner- Assist in the preparation of process documents- Work ad-hoc projects as required
This role will also have the chance to contribute to the continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally. Ensure High Quality of Process Delivery:
- Demonstrate the awareness of KPMG's risk management policies and procedures and support engagement administration
- Work with attention to detail to deliver results to agreed standards- Make optimal use of financial resources.- Prioritize and deals with daily tasks to make most productive use of time- Keep others updated on the status of tasks- Proactively taking more task once completed- Be task orientated and proven ability to produce quality work on a regular basis, to a consistently high standard- Ask for support and escalate upward when appropriate- Contribute to and abide by team decisions- Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks- Take accountability for making sound and timely decisions within scope of responsibilities- Take a thorough approach to analyze information and making decisions, knowing what commitments are being entered.
Risk Management:
- Ability to recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client and/or the firm to Line Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner.
- Good awareness of firm's policies and ability to raise concerns to a more senior member of the team for resolution.
Billing and Client Engagement Management:
- Ensure all time bookings are accurate and timely and achieve chargeable hours target.
Technology:
- Working on data cleansing exercise in immigration tools (if relevant as part of client transition)
- Work on expiry report and share with the AM when report is final and complete- Work on WIP report and share with the AM when report is final and error free
- Candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in immigration, global co-ordination management or relevant experience with a recognized immigration service provider
- Undergraduate University degree preferred- Good knowledge of immigration processes - Global co-ordination management- Working experience within an Immigration setting - Strong attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of integrity and accuracy- Project Management: Basic level of organization and prioritization skills including ability to project manage multiple GI clients and work under pressure.- Strong professionalism and overall confidence - Highly efficient with technology/tools - Process oriented- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams- Proficient communicator in written and spoken English (other languages advantageous but not required) - Ability to build relationships/ trust both with the internal teams and clients - Experience and ability to work with confidential material - Proficiency in MS Office tools
