Global HR Process & Application Professional

As a Global HR Process & Application Professional at Epiroc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent user experience for Epiroc employees in core HR applications. Working in an international environment, you will be part of the Global Center of Excellence within Human Resources, where creativity, innovation, and workplace diversity thrive. Your responsibilities will include: - Being an ambassador for global HR applications like SuccessFactors, Service Now, and Power BI, serving as the first point of contact for users - Collaborating with Global HR Process & Application Specialists to drive digitalization and automation aligned with roadmaps and business strategies - Conducting analyses and observations on incidents to recommend changes in applications and processes for improvements - Developing training materials in collaboration with Global HR Analyst and Global HR Process & Application Specialist to enhance user knowledge and reduce support tickets - Creating manuals, learning activities, and videos to proactively empower organizations in utilizing global HR applications effectively - Providing professional and timely responses to incoming tickets through Service Now - Testing new features and contributing to continuous process improvement - Acting as a role model for data-driven ways of working To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are key attributes for success. Additionally, experience with cloud-based HR systems, ticketing systems, and knowledge of SuccessFactors are valued. This position is based in Pune/Bangalore, India, with potential travel opportunities.
