Global Head of Marketing and Demand Generation

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy, driving demand generation initiatives, overseeing content creation and thought leadership, managing customer and partner marketing programs, and optimizing marketing performance through analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Position SimplifyVMS as the premier VMS solution by utilizing thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns. - Lead brand messaging and storytelling to differentiate the platform in the HR Tech SaaS landscape. - Drive multi-channel demand generation programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. - Implement data-driven growth marketing tactics to attract and convert enterprise HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders. - Oversee the creation of compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs. - Build customer advocacy programs and develop co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners. - Define and track key marketing KPIs and optimize performance through analytics and A/B testing. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with at least 5+ years in HR Tech or related industries. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing and demand generation strategies. - Deep understanding of HR Tech buyer personas and experience in managing global marketing campaigns. - Strong expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
