Job Description

As the Global Head of Marketing & Demand Generation at SimplifyVMS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand positioning, growth strategy, and customer acquisition in the competitive HR Tech SaaS market. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. - Positioning SimplifyVMS as a premier VMS solution through thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns. - Leading brand messaging and storytelling to differentiate the platform in the HR Tech SaaS landscape. - Ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with sales, product, and executive leadership to establish a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will also be responsible for: - Driving multi-channel demand generation programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. - Developing lead acquisition strategies through SEO, SEM, ABM, digital advertising, and marketing automation. - Implementing data-driven growth marketing tactics to attract and convert enterprise HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders. - Overseeing the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to ensure a high-quality MQL-to-SQL pipeline. Furthermore, you will lead efforts in: - Creating compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs to establish SimplifyVMS as a trusted authority in workforce solutions. - Collaborating with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders to strengthen market credibility and drive earned media coverage. - Developing conference, event, and sponsorship strategies to position SimplifyVMS at the forefront of HR Tech and contingent workforce events. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with at least 5+ years in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries. - Prior experience of driving 10X growth for a B2B SaaS platform over a 2-3 year period. - Proven track record of revenue growth through digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies. - Deep understanding of HR Tech buyer personas and experience in managing global marketing campaigns.
