Core responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives:

  Manage the full lifecycle of global transformation projects, from business case and discovery through implementation and change management.

• Analyze and optimize:

  Analyze current business processes to find inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.

• Develop and implement solutions:

  Convert business requirements and functional leads needs into detailed technical designs and solutions.

• Drive technology adoption:

  Oversee the implementation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Manage change:

  Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders:

  Work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and functional leads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Monitor and report:

  Track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Mitigate risks:
